The content was good but was disappointed a lot tools identified were not for who l support ie LDleople under 65 .
Great course to be on enjoyed the information provided taking this back to my service and implementing some of charts
I found the course extremely informative, helpful, engaging, easy to follow ( I did not know all the terminology but the tutor was brilliant and explained really well) As a Manager I want to be able to do the very best for my residents and pass on this knowledge to my Senior Care team and all the care home teams as invaluable. We obviously know alot about residents and deteriorating health but was so enlightening and I am looking forward to being able to do more courses through LINCA. Thankyou for such a wonderful opportunity 😊

The course and lecturer were both excellent, I learnt more about ReSPECT forms and legalities etc than I expected and I’ve come away with some great resources for training. Would love to get onto the ReSPECT form training.
