Great refresher for me and feel more confident in completing mca’s and referrals to DOLs
Really informative and collaborative. Felt confident to participate and chat within the group. Andrea was great at getting us all working together and I liked the group tasks that were interspersed with the day. We often went off on a tangent but Andrea was good at getting us back on track again.

The trainer was really good and thorough, had sufficient breaks and learnt a lot more that i didn’t know i needed to know so i can now implement this in my role
Overall easy to follow and very informative. Andrea was very thorough and explained everything with great depth and how I could understand.

This is my first course with Lincolnshire care association. It was very detailed and enjoyable while having the chance to learn.
