Some technical issues with presentation. Food was good idea bit plain. Presentation team were good especially Lucy

Some of the sessions could have been shorter, felt like they were being prolonged a little

I have learnt a lot from this course , knowledge I can pass down into the Company I work for

Gained great deal of knowledge feel more competent about what I understand and can do training was very good overall

Very well presented Lots of different information given Shame about all the talking through the slides and people not listen

Lots of information to share with colleagues to benefit the residents

I really enjoyed and gained much from this training, I liked that visual learning

Fantastic course well lead and enjoyed diffferet speaker coming in Than you

Presentation great, food by Wiltshire foods was different experience and interesting. Catering on site venue slightly better, female catering staff with glasses still had a bit of an issue when asked by persons attending, if it was possible for sauce with an item, stated to one, none, then just before end of lunch was pressed to have some available please, which got sorted, then some staff eating snacks whilst behind the table. Overall good course, just odd things let it down, but nothing is perfect.

Food at venue was still not great
