Very good day, thought provoking.

A lot of disrespect from tables talking through the presentations given by speakers. Made it difficult focus on the learning

Another fab day

Staff in venue rude and not pleasant, removing hot drinks from us before they were finished with very blunt , food cold unlike previous visits

Great training day really informative and I've learnt a lot of new things

All trainers were nice and informative, Shame the attitude of one of the catering staff let it down with comments made and was in a rush, especially to clear up, plus stating someone couldn't a plate for their food and someone else being told, you'll have to wait for a coffee.

Food was not hot and staff rude

Lady with glasses removed plate before finished eating and was very abrupt and rude in numerous occasions. Room was cold. Tea removed 10 min after it came out!
