Great facility, great food, fabulous course, very informative and happy to be taking some skills back to my workplace

Really good can’t wait to take this into the home

Not sure how but the diet and diabetes section (perhaps due to being after lunch) needed to be livened up a bit.

Really informative loved the quizzes as ice breakers Rwal eye opener on sugar contents too

Room way too cold! Tongs for food…. Cross contamination and germs! Yuk!

Could do with fixing the heating, the sandwich was nice but a bit plain

Lovely day. Trainers excellent. Easily understandable content. Looking forward to day 3.

A biscuit with tea would be lovely, and access to hot drinks throughout the day, room temp was either hot or cold no in between
