Sandwich’s all had sauce on them with no plain fillings,

The information was very interesting and the delivery of the training was good and pitched at all levels in the room. Very interesting and thought provoking

Very good day and we learnt a lot that we can take back to improve our service. Purely on an organisational fro t, signs or a welcome at venue entrance would of been ideal
