Good informative course, right speed, very knowledgeable facilitators. Would just add that that the after lunch sessions (grave yard shift!) would be better if they were more interactive- maybe change order of course, as people tend to flag after lunch…
The Course was engaging and interesting. I learnt a lot about myself as a person and will use the knowledge I have gained to implement better safeguarding practises within my organisation. I am also going to do the LDAS champion training
Course was very informative and good learning. Speakers were knowledgeable and helpful.
It has been a great learning experience and I hope to apply all that I have learnt her back in my work environment. I would appreciate if learning materials(notes and slides) are been provided during the program or online after program
Some knowledge gained from this session, however could do with more information about other reasons for safeguarding referrals, such as medication errors and resident conflicts. Seemed to mainly focus on only physical abuse and no mention of professionals responsibility to safeguarding children. Very good information about mental capacity and DoLs.
When explaining the scenarios for the group exercises, to be a little more clear on the expectations. Male speakers to be more engaging and emotive.
Well organized and positive culture with diversity and inclusivity
