Clear, patient trainers who check understanding throughout are the course’s standout strength, with attendees valuing their knowledgeable answers, approachable style and ability to make detailed information easy to digest. They describe explanations and demonstrations as thorough, engaging and well presented, including useful guidance for the assessment and test preparation. A few note that some content and guides feel out of date.
