Lively, clear teaching makes complex traffic-management regulations for community events accessible, with attendees valuing the knowledgeable, friendly trainers and their willingness to answer questions. They find the sessions informative, interactive and well paced, with practical desktop exercises, useful materials and opportunities to discuss their own events. The learning improves confidence in planning traffic management and obtaining road closures, while the informal delivery helps information stick; some note occasional repetition.
