Clear explanations and steady progress through the areas covered.
The format of every session was the same - a bit of a talk through/demonstration and some revision exercises. While I thought that this worked quite well, perhaps a greater variety of teaching methods and materials would have improved things. A couple of items were missed off at the end because of lack of time. The trainer was flexible and engaging. I didn't learn a lot because I already had good knowledge of a lot of the topics covered. This was more to do with my allocation to this course than any limitations of the course itself.

Enjoyed the course, it helped refresh my Knowledge and a learned new features as well. I found Louise was a great teacher and very helpful.

Course was very informative 7 i learned a lot of new things abut Excel that I did not know prior. Albeit my brain is like a sieve & I have forgotten some of what I was taught. Haha.
Louise is extremely knowledgeable in excel. She is a brilliant and an excellent facilitator and certainly knows her stuff
Really good day and it went very quickly. Was exactly what i needed so found it really helpful. The only negative and its a small thing is that the materials sent out the day before were not the same ones we used on the course and so they had to be emailed during the course.
We were given the opportunity to ask questions and could ask the trainer to cover any topics which I found useful. Great Course. I will probably use 80% of what we covered on a daily basis.

Great Instructor. Better if the course was spread out over more days if possible as there was too much information to take in over a short period of time.
