No tea/coffee or water provided for lunch?
Response: Hi Norma...there should have been water available to you throughout the day and am sure tea and coffee would have been available on request. Apologies if that was not the case. Sorry to see your experience was not up to our usual standard, we take feedback like this very seriously and will be addressing the issues you raised
