The course’s humour and real-life experiential learning make complex traffic-management topics easier to absorb. Attendees value knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain rules, procedures and situational awareness clearly, answer questions thoroughly and involve everyone. They find the relaxed, interactive delivery supports learning about mental health, safety, competence and workplace goals. The content is seen as useful back at work, although some feel the sessions are long and information-heavy.
