The course was very well presented by Serena, and she went through in detail the key aspects of Power BI. I now feel very confident in using the tool.

Serena spoke very clearly which was really helpful. It was obvious she knew the product very well and wasn't just a presenter.

Useful session. Going forward I would recommend all users have PowerBI desktop app installed (and have access to the app) as the features in the app are more useful. Especially the data cleaning and transform feature on the desktop app. (I didn't have access to the desktop app within the self service portal)

I really enjoyed the course and felt like I learnt a lot. I had some initial concerns about the pace and found it challenging watching and doing at the same time which led to periods of me feeling lost. I raised my concerns about pace with Serena at the end of the first day and we agreed its difficult to pace the material correctly for an audience with various abilities. I spent some time reviewing material after the first day and practicing and felt much better prepared for the second day. I managed to keep up which I felt very proud of (albeit with some additional help from Serena at times). Thank you for your patience Serena and enthusiasm which was constant throughout!

The sessions with Serena were genuinely enjoyable. She was engaging and was invested in making sure all participants understood every element being discussed. She provided hands-on guidance to us and was consistently eager to answer questions.

I really do feel like I'm up and running with Power BI - I know that not everything will have sunk in and I will need to return to the course notes, but I tend to learn best with repeated practice
