I found I took a lot away from this course as well as adapted knowledge I already had I feel as though my perspective has been broadened by this course and I would definately recommend it to other colleagues! Plus I feel as though the instructor was great she adapted to our work environment and really made the course feel personal to us.
Really professional and friendly trainer, made interacting very easy.
Useful information that will assist in improving myself and my teams working environment
