I have enjoyed this course and it helps me to improve myself in professional way and I am very grateful and happy.

I found the course was conducted at a pace that didn't make me feel overwhelmed with too much information in one session. The trainers were very patient and helpful, and didn't make me feel inadequate. The venue was fine for me personally, but maybe consideration needs to be given to access for people with disabilities.
