Be great to have a follow on practical component to the training. Meaning that participants could apply their new skills in a test and have it reviewed.
I did think it would be a boring day but it wasn't, very informative and appropriate to my working day
The trainer made the course and being able to relay real cases back to us for real examples was very interesting.
Great course and very useful and thought provoking
The day flew by - usually sitting through a full day's training can feel tiring, or some of the content can feel less relatable to individual roles, but this training was so interactive and relevant
Very informative training, and knowledgeable presenter. I found the practical excercise of reviewing reports very beneficial. Thank you.
