I will never know if I can apply the learning until it really happens (should I ever have to have the conversation with someone) but I feel I have the tools to be able to do it!

Great course and exceptional, engaging delivery. I have certainly learnt useful mechanisms to enable me to see the signs and approach with confidence.
The subject matter can be difficult to teach however the tutor ensured we all had the opportunity to speak and feel comfortable as part of the group.
