Sharon is an excellent trainer and shared her extensive knowledge and experience on this subject. She maintained our interest throughout the day, and encouraged interaction and discussion. We worked in small groups and learnt from each other too. I would thoroughly recommend this course for anyone working with adults that have care and support needs.

A very happy customer. The course was not what I expected but the trainer stripped it all back and we thought about the essential components of safeguarding. We had to think about our meaning and intention. I left with a clear message that documentation is fundamental, using the right language, staying safe and not to take anything for granted. Thank you
