Sarah was great at delivering the course and keeping everyone engaged!Response : Thank you for your feedback. We do try and keep our webinars as interactive as possible and limit delegates to 10 to make sure everyone is engaged and participating in the session.

Trainer was mainly interacting with people they are comfortable with rather than everyone.Response : Thank you for your comments. Our trainer works hard to foster an interactive environment and involve everyone in the session. However, we understand that perceptions of interaction can differ and will continue striving to ensure every participant feels equally engaged.
