Bill was great at explaining each module with personal workplace experiences to help us grasp examples of topics at hand. Plenty of Q&A throughout the 3 day course and the faciliatator was fantastic at ensuring we were all up to speed and had a good understanding of each section before progessing on to the next.

I was dreading 3 day on zoom as it can be hard to spend all day at the screen but Bill made it fun and the days flew. As a group we all helped each other and Bill explained things well and took the time to talk with us and hear our examples too. Would have been good to get the work books before the course as i still dont have mine and ive finished the course.

You should have the workbook by now - we had a tight turnaround from your booking being confirmed to the course date, so we were late ordering the workbooks from IOSH and then at the mercy of our slower than usual mail system at the moment. We hope this didn't detract from your experience with us
10 out of 10 for every element of the course. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is interested in health & safety and managing safely. It has definitely opened my eyes to all my surroundings and I am a lot more conscious of them now. Definitely a must and I hope you get Bill as your facilitator as he was just amazing. I can't give 5 stars for the booking process as I never personally booked it myself otherwise it would have been.
Course was very informative through a very informal course. Venue is very good and easily accessible. Course tutor was excellent and made the course really interesting. Cosensa Staff very polite and helpful.

The traybakes at the beginning of the course were excellent. The lunch wasnt great as there was only sandwiches I dont eat bread so i didnt have a lunch. Would be great if you had a choice i.e. soup/ stews etc.
Lunch was very limited I didn't actually eat anything except for a 1/4 of a sandwich.
From the time of booking the course I have received numerous emails for courses which have no significance to me.
