The trainer was excellent - explained the theory clearly and demonstrations were outstanding. We got to practice and were assessed. A true professional with great knowledge and lovely personality. He made us all join in laugh feel valued and welcome

I gained a lot from the course today,knowing the functions of Arteries and Veins was so important to me

It is disappointing that I did not get to practice because the mannequin was blocked. The Trainer went extra mile to sort it out but till did not work. I am not happy at all. Kudos to the trainer.

I am really disappointed because I didn’t get to do the practical training which is an important section in this training but the trainer tried all his possible best and taught the theory properly.

Late start as the trainer was unable to attend and new trainer had to come in from a distance. Unable to do any of the practical training due to the mannequins being faulty. Very disappointing as have taken personal leave to attend and costs occurred through travel and parking and will have to make arrangements to attend another training day

The training was extremely disappointing. We could not do the practical session at all due to the manequins not functioning properly. Half the day was wasted. The trainer however, did his utmost to teach us.
