Gareth was great, he kept the energy up which meant we were all actively listening. the tasks and activities were so relevant and were the perfect mix of fun, informative and professional which is something I will be taking away
An amazing overall course that gave me a lot of insight into what training is and can be. Highly recommend this course and Gareth as a trainer was superb and really understanding and easy to talk to
Really enjoyed this session. I attended 2 years ago when i was new to my role - now I am more experienced I felt it was more useful to help me in real life scenarios
Gareth, Thanks mate, you provided a very interesting and varied sessions and facilitated it all at an exceptional level. Although I was anxious most of the time, the way you delivered and spoke made me feel more at ease, so thanks for that.
Overall I thought the course was very helpful and would recommend to anyone who shares a similar mentoring role.
It was a really good event, that was inclusive of the varied type of professionals we had in the room. I would definitely recommend, or request again if we need more people upskilled!
