I really enjoyed today’s course and I feel more informed and prepared in the areas of record keeping and report writing now

Great course

I liked the way Alex provided us with notes/ handout! He went around the group and asked us our name role etc and went into detail which was a good personal Aspect! I liked the meti platform where we used to answer questions! Engaging and interactive!

Could we cover what happens when we are out in the public. What can happen that what we missed ght not be aware of.
