Very interesting and beneficial course. Ian was a very engaging trainer.

Very good course. Very detailed and to the point. The mix of theory and participating activities made the course much more engaging than if just fully theory. The instructors knowledge and background helped to relate court activities to my professional role.

This course was very interesting and well presented by Ian . He was very engaging throughout and had a great knowledge of food related legislation. For anyone that may have to appear in court to give evidence it is most certainly very beneficial. The experience of being cross examined, although challenging ,was very beneficial and highlighted issues and weaknesses in report writing/evidence presentation. Enjoyable from start to finish.....

Very beneficial. I was not aware that we would have to talk through and defend the document that we submitted so I was not as prepared as I would like to have been however I could have missed that info on the correspondence prior to the training day.

I will highly recommend the course. Its is presented in a excellent fashion, very informative. It makes you think and has definitely helped me to up my game in terms of the wording of a legal document. I will go go forward being much more thorough and think it out in terms of legal measures.
