I enjoyed the course very interesting I prefer learning by practical but I have already don't fristaid a number of times ,the trainer was funny
Really good and invomative training and gave each staff member the support thry required didn't judge us as some of us had injured bit helped us still preform with support and guidance
John was really engaging and motivational through the course which made a big impact on the engagement of the team. He had first hand knowledge which was relatable to the roles that we have
Lovely fella , very polite, making sure everyone understands , good laugh:)
