Real-world security experience is the course’s standout strength: attendees say trainers make complex SIA, door supervision, CCTV, first aid and health-and-safety topics clear through practical scenarios, relevant stories and patient explanations. They find sessions engaging, welcoming and well structured, with a manageable pace, useful group work and opportunities to ask questions. The course builds confidence, supports exam preparation and leaves learners feeling ready to apply their knowledge in security roles.
