I honestly believe Mr Hammond deserves a promotion, a pay rise or a bonus, immediately!! I have personally completely this course previously, furthermore I have had my own security learning centre where Tutor(s) similar to Mr Hammond were employed. Mr Hammond DOES NOT CUT CORNERS, NEVER! This is my personal experience, his delivery is exceptional. He clearly understands the concept of tuition. Mr Hammond understands different learning abilities and dynamics of creating a learning environment and culture. I am convinced my statement will be in coalition with other people who participated in this course and was tutored by Mr Hammond. I leave Realise with more in-depth knowledge in the security field, general communication skills and I have improved my ability to learn via class room based learning.
The course is a brilliant introduction into the world of security and the possibility it provides is amazing, you learn so much that you will feel confident in your own skills and capabilities by the end even if you dont know anything when you started, the instructor is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor and you feel like you are not just there to learn but also to be passed on knowledge to help you along the way from a good friend who wants you to succeed. One downside is the rooms are a little too small for the amount of people on the course and when you are all in the room it gets very hot very quickly without any air-conditioning and little ventilation it feels like you are going to over heat.
Tutor, Chris is a diverse experienced security industry insider with an amazing stock pile scenario, solutions, He is a better tutor than some of the ex-armed forces tutors encountered so far. The course is well structured and better than the briefer ones if encountered so far.
Amazing tutor, could not be better. But more physical intervention and practical work would be more enjoyable.
The course was very well set was a great knowledge and understanding off mine I could have been abit more assertive.
