I found the trainer to be very professional / Knowledgeable and engaged with everyone during the training. very well held.
Overall the course was really informative and engaging, there was a lot to discussions and it flowed really well. Luke was very up beat and kept it interesting throughout.
The Facilitator kept us engaged through the training course and ensuring we all had input throughout the course.
Enjoyed the course it instructed you how to react if ever a situation arose where your training would be required. Good detail and slides
