Excellent course, very real knowledge and skills delivered in an engaging day. While I had some basic knowledge about health and safety I learned so much today about assessing injury and helping a casualty should the situation arise and I feel confident these skills will be useful.
Very informative and helpful training. I feel mich more prepared and knowledgable to deal with a first aid situation should it occur.
