The content was two light for a two-day training. The content and material were very basic, nothing new. There were a lot of repeats during the two days.

I really enjoyed the practical usefulness of the course. It was great to share best practices & get insights from peers on how they would handle real life situations. I particularly enjoyed the role plays which allowed to put oneself in the position of the client & see how others might tackle challenging conversations.

- Engaging - Might worth having the most something more energetic post lunch (as people tend to be a bit sleepy after lunch)

Paul was a very engaged facilitator, and was willing to go with the flow based on the room’s reactions and interactions which I think made the course more enjoyable and helpful. Craig was also engaging but stuck more to a script and didn’t probe the room as much.
