Excellent course, met all expectations. Well delivered by the tutor. I think it's given all attendees plenty of scope to understand the ISO17025:2017 standard.

Good holistic presentation highlighting the main principles of GLP from the ISO 17025. Thank you Anne Marie for an upbeat day of learning. I found the interactive aspects excellent and allowed us to visualize concepts in the context of our own roles.
Course was excellent really helped me to prepare for my upcoming lab audit. I got to ask a lot of questions that are difficult to get answers to by just reading standards. Class size was also small which was nice everyone had to be involved and give plenty of input which makes the course very engaging. Thanks Anne Marie!
