I found this course honestly very clear concise and helpful while also very engaging in a relaxed but also stress free environment .this course i ferverntly believe should be communicated and a mainstay for all companys who have workers from new to intermediate to experienced in the work environment in what we were delving into but also just in life.john collins himself is fantastic at providing this course. His knowledge, mindset, and active enegagement with his ability to actively engage any type of person in a respectful and professional manner while also bringing a good joy to the course and room.but also making the course fun .you actually learn key aspects of the course without even trying as a company your lucky to have him. Fantastic course .
