A room full of trainers made for a refreshing change. Matt is a great trainer, has a wealth of knowledge/experience. Took his time to ensure we all understood all the practical techniques. A great 2 days!
the trainer was excellent, it would have been good to have linked back to our own organisational policy and procedures, I appreciate that the assumption is that course participants, as trainers, will do this, but I think this would have added value.
