Sally was very informative and friendly when delivering the course. She put points across easily and made them understandable.

Sally (The trainer) was very welcoming and explained all aspects clearly. I particularly enjoyed the discussions about improving productivity, including the use of breakout rooms to converse with colleagues in depth about our own working environments.
