The day was excellent and every bit of the training was rich, in both content and delivery.

Found the session quit interesting and making me look forward to the next session. The participation in groups work session was good and all inclusive.

Great course, really enjoyed it. Thanks to Steve for the well presented training literature.

Overall good course and engaging trainer. However, the course materials (slide deck) were not sent in a timely manner after the course, someone else had to chase them up. It would have been nice to have a hard copy to make notes on as course went on but appreciate wanted people to be engaged and involved in the session.
