I have really taken on a lot of valuable information and guidance from today’s session. It’s really opened my eyes - things are not so black and white and I can really take a lot of skills and transfer into my own job role and life in general.

Really thought provoking course, lots of practical examples, lots of discussions, self reflection and participation and not just being spoken to or death by PowerPoint! Trainer is brilliant - lots of laughs and a genuinely fun day.

Claire is really great at training - gets everyone involved, shares her own experiences and explains well.

Claire was very clear and make the hole presentation very interactive to get the most out of it. Really enjoyed it!
