Claire made the training very interesting and and enjoyable. She found many ways in which we could use the training to improve our roles.
Clare delivers very well its well structured and made it easy to understand Very active course with plenty of practical parts kept it interesting More management should do this course with Clare so we are all singing from the same sheet
