I quite enjoyed the course. It was time well spent. Sam's a great facilitator and I appreciated that she shared her own managerial experiences when delivering the course content and answering our questions.
The presenter is always engaging, knowledgeable and attentive to each group member which is exactly how a hybrid manager should also be so she practices what the course preaches also !
Sam delivered the course in an engaging manner yet also stayed professional throughout. A lot to take away from the session.
