was tough for me coming from an asphalt side of the company to then start learning about the geotechnical side but I've learnt a lot and hope to keep progressing in my carer

Enjoyed the course and the content, I think the professional conversation to follow up and confirm knowledge is a great idea even though I found that quite difficult (nervous) its too easy to say you have attended courses but do you really understand what you have learnt.
