Absolutely no knowledge beforehand, got a brilliant score and was nervous till the end. Rob engaged with questions throughout then had the practical in a good order so practical activities trigger theoretical thoughts. Enjoyed the course throughout

Good course and excellent trainer

Steve was very well informed and knowledgable. He was patient with the team and kept us engaged throughout the training. He ensured that if we didn’t understand something he would use a different context to ensure it was understood.

full professionalism

I think 2 days is too short an amount of time for the amount of information that needs to be covered. A lot of people may fail where they would pass on a more relaxed 3 day course covering the same amount of information.
