Steve was a very knowledgeable trainer explaining everything in depth until it was understood. I remember struggling alot the last time I done this course. I Felt like I managed alot better this time round thanks to Steve's training
I think 2 days is too short an amount of time for the amount of information that needs to be covered. A lot of people may fail where they would pass on a more relaxed 3 day course covering the same amount of information.
A very well run course. The theory side was interspersed with good humour and relevant experiences. Good communication and introduction to the practical exercises.
