The lack of correct information before starting dates, times, site was a big mix up leading to much confusion as everything was different. Our tutor has been amazing, a great course presentation and very helpful throughout. Met some lovely people during the course.
Uzma is an excellent teacher, however I felt the course and workbooks themselves were limited in scope, and rather basic. But I enjoyed my time in the class a lot.
I enjoyed the course but what truly made the course better was Uzma, I came in excited to learn everyday and I left knowing I'd learnt something useful to better myself for the future, I've been on courses before and you can be really interested in the course but the tutor just drags it out and it isn't enjoyable, Uzma offers things you don't see everyday in a teacher and it is amazing that she followed this path in her life helping to educate people the correct and enjoyable way
Overall the session was very informative and engaging. It gave a clear understanding of the role of a support worker in schools and colleges. The tutor explained everything clearly, and the activities helped build confidence and understanding.
Overall the course has been great think there needs better communication at the beginning due to lack of knowing dates, times and when it finishes as got told different timings and also that we wasn’t aware 3 misses is a dissmisal but overall Usma has been a great tutor and explained really well throughout
I enjoyed my course very much I met new people and learnt alot about supporting work in schools and colleges my tutor liz and leeanne was both amazing and very helpful!
