Absolutely brilliant the tutor was like having a book of wisdom. Supporting us through every step of ways giving us ideas to think out the box. With our tutor we achieved our level 2 but also have learned so much and have gained the confidence of straight away applying the knowledge learned in my workplace.

I really recommend this course to everyone who wants to work in school especially in Charlotte class because she is friendly, calm and very professional. Her teaching is very practical and inspirational.

It was a very good informative course and very well paced and having a great tutor charlotte was good because she provided a good learning environment which all in all was a good experience and made learning easier.
