I think we needed more time for the case study. When i attended court training previously this was done as a large group.

The learner provided good knowledge, providing scenario's to support more understanding. Very approachable when asking questions, did not feel uncomfortable in the training. Break out rooms provided different opinions to understand more. I feel more comfortable about attending court, understanding the layout and how to prepare myself and my presentation and body language. Understanding that it is ok to ask the Judge to have questions rephrased by solicitors.

Excellent presentation and helpful role playing.

The trainer was good and she made going to court look and sound interesting and not intimidating even for us who have not yet been to court. She was engaging and from today's sessions I now know what to write on my SWET and how to conduct myself in court.
