I learned so much more on new topics and topics which I had a slight understanding of but now have a more advanced knowledge on these.
The instructor's explanation were clear and well structured, making complex concepts east to grasp. The accompanyoing Powerpoint slides were clean and highlighed the key points effectively, making the content very easy to follow and absord.
all the relevant information has been provided and Faiz is make sure we understand what is happens behind the scene of what payroll systems. Faiz is also checking to make sure we all understand the information he has given us and he double checks if we have any questions about the subject he has just covered before moving on to the next subject.

The past two days have been enlightening. I look forward to introduction of the SAGE Payroll course over the next two days.
The course covered all the areas I wanted and was expecting to.
I feel that the Tutor could have been more aware of the company / background we come from prior to the course. Also the sessions were quite in depth, maybe shorter sessions would be more beneficial.
I have really enjoyed the 2 day course. The tutor was really good and informative.
Overall it gave me a good understanding of payroll administration
A good course, great tutor and excellent presentation. Good that it is available offline to review the material at leisure.
