Rachel is 12 / 10 trainer, when doing my courses she always helps and makes sure everyone understands the basics and information about the course and I’ve had Rachel training me for over 6 years now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The training was delivered very well and very question was answered with the knowledge required to complete the course
IT was a great experience trainer made me feel real comfortable
Good productive course full of useful information.
One minor comment was that clicking the mouse on the screen changed my answer by accident. This has potential to cause issues to others.
