This course has provided me with a fantastic fiundation for my journey as a Teaching Assistant. It shifted my perspective on how to support diverse learners, moving beyond basic tasks to understanding the unique ways children experience the classroom. Wayne was and exceptional tutor, by fostering a brilliant learning environment and sharing his own professional experiences, he has left me feeling much more confident and better equipped to support, advocate for, and empower the children i work with.
