Excellent course, was surprised how much I learnt. Will be useful for work and learnt quite a bit about myself too!

Loved the four models and the Values Discovery process which was a real surprise and provided some deep insights. l liked the exercises about empathy which helped me to explore it practically. Understanding how Why? fits with motivation was also fascinating. The depth of discussion was really useful for us as a group .

The course provided the time to reflect and re-evaluate on my values and to consider my own emotional intelligence. The tasks were interesting and helped me to understand how others perceive me and how I perceive others and how to regulate my emotions/behaviours. Really great ideas and information thank you which will help me in my job.
