I enjoyed the 2nd day a lot more as it gave me a lot more practical tools to use.
Enjoyed seeing my wider colleagues! We work very much in regional teams now and some of the early break outs were about catching up as much as discussions. It might also be that we are less aware of what others a doing so the final exercise was a good insight and a spur to action. Thanks!
Great content. Good balance of breakout rooms and high quality slides interspersed with Mike's theatrical delivery, wit and sharp humor. Could have done with more time on the business case/ story telling which was rushed at the end.
The first 30 mins of the presentation was just used to introduce everyone individually. While I get the sentiment behind it I think a hello from each group would have done. I work the night shift and have had to wait back for this, speeding it up would be great.
Generally a good concise meeting with all relevant information passed on in a timely manner
Found the course overall very helpful, unfortunately the slides did not work so it was difficult for Sam to illustrate when she needed to. Having said that she did as much as she could without them. So overall I'm happy.
Sam was very interactive and made the course (especially in the afternoon) more enjoyable to listen to.
