Karen was excellent and really good at getting us to share
Really enjoyed this workshop - at first I thought 3.5 hours would be too long but it was very interactive which helped to keep everyone engaged
Very helpful for work issues and also personal real world conflicts. Sam was easy to relate to and kept the conversation moving and added some suggestion of reading materials
I have been in a number of training sessions with Sam, they have all been really engaging and interesting. I feel like I have gained skills and confidence in the topics we have covered. It’s really nice to go to a training session where you can see how passionate the trainer is about the subject!
I thought it was a great session because Sam used humor and relatable topics that help us understand the context better. And to break the ice! It was also nice to see that Sam was initiating interactions with the participants.
